Our program

Strong Steps

Building strength, confidence, and community.

Strong Steps is an amputee-focused fitness and walking program designed to help individuals improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Whether someone is newly fitted with a prosthesis or returning to exercise after years away, this program meets participants where they are.

Move Better. Feel Stronger. Live Confidently.

Level 01

Foundations

For new prosthetic users or those returning to exercise.

Build balance, core strength, and hip stability while developing confidence with a prosthesis and learning safe movement patterns.

Warm-up, strength circuit, functional movement, and a cool-down.

Level 02

Progress

For participants who have completed Level 1 or demonstrate good balance and mobility.

Develop strength, endurance, coordination, and independence through progressive strength work and functional challenges.

Dynamic warm-up, strength circuit, walking challenges, stretching, and breathing.
